Along with a nearly one-hour delay, passengers were subjected to excruciating heat within the plane’s fusillade, as they sat on the airport’s tarmac after boarding the aircraft. After enduring what some called the airline’s ‘shenanigans,’ they took to protesting the ‘oven-like’ heat and poor service that followed while on board.
